Director | Hatch Staffing Services
700 West Virginia Street, Suite 400 Eric has been with Hatch for the past 21 years and has built his career on developing strong relationships with our clients. Eric genuinely cares about the customers he supports and will do anything to help them grow their business. He thrives on solving problems, greets challenges head on and takes ownership for failures. You will never see Eric pass the buck. He spends time to focus on finding a solution to our client’s problems, listening to their challenges and working with our internal team to lay out successful plans. Eric is a graduate of UW Milwaukee, is a Board member of the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services and can be found weekly at different networking events throughout the city. Eric is a lifelong learner and attends several conferences, stays up to date on current events and can be counted on to share the latest trends in the market. Outside of work, Eric can be found traveling with his wife, Megan to watch his two daughters play sports. They also enjoy time with their one-year-old Bernadoodle, Bertha! What has driven me all these years is my relationship with the staff and with the clients. It has always been my opinion that it is of the utmost importance to have individual/unique relationships with each person. No one person is the same as another so how you speak to them and how you interact with them needs to be catered to what works for them. I have enjoyed a long career at TRICOM thus far due to the opportunities each day brings. It is never boring, often challenging and always rewarding in the end. TRICOM has been a provider of learning experiences for 25+ years for me. The variety of industries the clients serve, the complexity of the relationships they have with their customers, the pain points of the clients and the needs of the staff…the entire purpose in the end is to assist people and to help them achieve their successes in life. This was the same, shared goal all along. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and traveling to warm climates with friends and my two goddaughters, who are my pride & joy. I’m not a foodie, per se, but I enjoy experiencing all the fun and new restaurants Milwaukee has to offer, along with the vast array of music festivals in the summer. Director | Littler Mendelson
