About WASS

The Voice of Wisconsin’s Staffing Industry

Who We Are

Since 1971, the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services (WASS) has been a tireless advocate for the staffing industry. We work to protect businesses from harmful legislation, promote pro-business policies, and create a thriving, regulation-friendly environment in Wisconsin.

For decades, WASS has successfully defended staffing agencies against legislative threats, ensuring they can operate, compete, and grow.

What We Do

WASS is dedicated to empowering staffing professionals by providing:

Industry Training & Education: Covering key topics like sales, recruiting, unemployment, and compliance.

Exclusive Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.

Legislative Advocacy & Policy Influence: Ensuring our industry’s voice is heard at the state and national levels.

National Connection: We link Wisconsin's staffing professionals to a broader national network through our affiliation with the American Staffing Association (ASA).

Who We Represent

WASS is proud to serve a diverse membership, including national staffing firms and local independent agencies. As a member-driven organization, our priorities are shaped by the needs and concerns of those we represent.

Our Vision

As the leading voice of the staffing industry in Wisconsin, WASS empowers its members to achieve growth, professionalism, and success. We foster an environment where staffing professionals can connect, learn, and prosper.
